Michael has years of experience of working in senior digital roles within healthcare, delivering a wide range of digital transformation programmes at trust and system level. From strategy development through to implementation Michael understands what it takes to deliver a truly transformative digital programme. 

That drive for the transformation over transaction is what led Michael to co-found procea.

James has more than 15 years experience of leading and implementing major digital transformation programmes within the healthcare sector. 

With a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise and business acumen James is committed to helping organisations to thrive in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape. Whether that is driving operational efficiencies, enhancing the patient experience or leveraging emerging technologies – James has the skills and experience to make it happen!
