Head of Finance
Ellie has specialist expertise in Strategic planning, LTFM, JV, turnarounds, change management, business planning, financial control, debt restructuring and business start ups. She has a highly successful record in financial project management, strategically directing, shaping and delivering organisational change to improve the operational efficiency, revenue and profitability of ₤MM multi-national clients operating in Europe and the USA.

Aimee has 15 years’ experience in digital healthcare operations, public sector bidding, and NHS environments. She specialises in designing and embedding efficient operational processes, managing complex multi-million-pound bids, and leading cross-functional teams.
Jacqui Seward
Consulting Director
Jacqui is an experienced health informatics specialist with over 15 years’ experience delivering digital health programmes across the UK, Ireland and Europe. She has deep expertise in EPR system design and delivery, with specialist knowledge of Epic configuration, deployment and data migration.
