We have successfully delivered programmes involving all of the major electronic patient record (EPR) vendors and understand the practical realities of implementing complex clinical systems at scale. Our experience spans both public and private sector healthcare organisations, enabling us to adapt our approach to different operating models, governance arrangements and commercial contexts.
